Returns and Refunds

If your purchase does not satisfy you, you can exchange it or return it and request a refund.

If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. If you choose the pickup option at a Milan location, it must be done within two working days.

Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the email notification of the intention to return or exchange.

You must provide the name of the courier, the tracking number, and an image of the receipt showing the date.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only for contracts concluded at a distance or negotiated outside commercial premises (Art. 52 Consumer Code); therefore, it cannot be exercised for purchases made in showrooms.

In accordance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased products specially made for you or special pre-orders.

The price of the purchased products will be fully refunded, except for the shipping costs of the goods, unless the error was due to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the shipping costs for any exchange.

Any claim received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration; we therefore recommend carefully checking the items before wearing them.

Just a few simple steps:

1. Find the order number corresponding to the item (s) you want to return;

2. Send us an email at info@iversiliani.it, including the order number and a brief description of the goods you wish to return; this way we will be informed about what will be arriving.

3. Return address: i Versiliani – via Vincenzo Monti, 71 A – 20145 Milan – you may proceed independently, as long as you respect the above-mentioned deadlines.

4. Once we have received your return, we will verify the correctness of the return procedure and the conformity of the product, which must not have been washed, worn or damaged.

5. After inspecting the product, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund of the purchase amount (in the case of a replacement, the shipping costs for the new item will be borne by the customer).

6. The actual time for the refund or return of the amounts you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment method used: PayPal and Satispay are immediate, credit card refunds take 5 to 10 working days, and bank transfers take approximately 2 working days.

These Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law, in particular by the Consumer Code.
